Hello there!

Thanks for stopping by!

I'm excited to share that I've been selected for the 2025 Inaugural Anna Ats Awards Trailblazer Cohorta peer-led annual recognition of narrators celebrating narrators who "push the craft forward."

In 2024, I completed the Mentorship Program for Penguin Random House Audio with 4-time Grammy winner & current Grammy nominee Dan Zitt as my mentor.

I was also chosen to participate in the Macmillan Audio New Narrator Event last Spring. Check out the SciFi sample we recorded below!

More about me...

As a classically trained actress with years of on-screen experience, and a new voice to narration, I look forward to telling great and poignant stories, sharing knowledge, and circulating wisdom as artist and storyteller.

I grew up in a culturally rich, fairly cosmopolitan, and artistic, inner city environment. Early on, I was taught to eliminate cultural blinders and to be curious about the perceived 'other;' to think globally and act locally; to think critically; and to celebrate differences. As a kid, I gravitated toward art and books with stories that took place in historic, foreign lands and mystical worlds. The books I loved most were found on my mother's shelves in the form of epic sagas like Jean M. Auel's Clan of the Cave Bear & Earth's Children Series and Marion Zimmer Bradley's Mists of Avalon in her Avalon Series. It was this fiction set in far away lands starring brave and intrepid heroines traversing the terrain of their hearts that drew me as strongly then as they do now. While I have yet to inhabit the life of a high priestess in my work, it's a feat that I absolutely aspire to fulfilling. I've also discovered a great love for down-to-earth general fiction and American stories, as the beauty and cultural tapestry of our nation is vast.

The literary genres I lean toward are Popular, Literary, and Historical Fiction, High Fantasy, Romantic Comedy, International Classics, Regency Romance, and Poetry. I've learned that my voice and life experience lend well to SciFi, Mystery, Thriller, Cozy Mystery, and particularly International Espionage Thriller.

Being ever a student of life, in the realm of nonfiction I gravitate toward Self Help & Spirituality, Health & Nutrition, Art, Philosophy, Culture, Psychology... Civil rights and global humanitarianism are also subjects that I very much appreciate and work to address personally and in advocacy efforts. I would love to add my voice to pertinent political pieces and the important subjects of Climate and the Environment.

Whether it’s resurrecting obscure classics, focusing on education, empowering an indy author's vision, or imparting the appropriate dynamic to a bestseller, I hope to support great writing with the unique and particular power of my personal and vocal range.

Outside of my studio, I love visiting parks, gardens and museums. I mostly binge period drama and tend to an urban xeriscape pollinator garden. I love arranging flowers from my own backyard, collecting herbs for my apothecary, and am an avid DIYer. A proud native Coloradan, I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, and collecting mushrooms in the Alpine Rockies whenever I get the chance.

My volunteerism is primarily focused on The Peace Alliance' Campaign to create a United States Department of Peacebuilding with Congressional Bill H.R. 1111.
